Flowmatiks Property Rental Management is an Automated Property Rental Management developed especially for the property admins to simplify their workflow of assigning jobs to the vendors and inform the tenants for the property to lease.
Problem Statement
Real estate industry owners are facing various serious issues due to the incapability to adopt automated and advanced web app solutions. The property owners are facing ambiguity in property sales and inefficient to raise the revenue and sales.

Qualitative Research
We interviewed 12 potential users over zoom calls to understand the challenges they face with taking care of their properties. A few sample questions are listed below:
Interview Questions
- How many properties or units are you responsible for managing on a daily basis?
- Do you have any concerns about missed payments or late fees? How would you like the app to handle rent reminders or overdue payments?
- How often do you check the status of maintenance requests, tenant issues, or occupancy rates?
- How do you currently receive work orders or service requests from property managers?
- How do you pay your rent? Would an option to pay rent online through the web app be helpful?
Key Insights
- Managers handle 15-50 units daily, with larger portfolios requiring efficient prioritization tools.
- Missed payments and late fees are common concerns; automated rent reminders and overdue alerts are highly desired.
- Regular checks on maintenance, tenant issues, and occupancy vary from daily to weekly; real-time updates are essential.
- Service requests are typically received via email, phone, or manual logs, leading to inefficiencies.
- Many tenants rely on offline methods; an online rent payment option is seen as highly convenient.
Quantitative Analysis
To comprehend the issues faced by users from diverse regions, I conducted a Google Form survey and obtained the following results.






So after performing all this activities we came to know about major problems that users are facing:
- Difficulty connecting with property owners through messaging or calls
- Lack of real-time property photos
- Timely return of deposits after vacating the property
- Concerns about online fraud
