Qualitative Research

I conducted Zoom interviews with 20 potential users to explore the challenges they face in managing digital payments and financial transactions. The insights gathered helped identify pain points in managing multi-currency and cryptocurrency needs, as well as security concerns with existing solutions. A few sample questions are listed below:

Quantitative Analysis

We also did user survey by creating a google form with a bunch of multiple-choice questions. This was part of our secondary research. We had more than 40 responses. The data is shown below:

So after performing all this activities we came to know about major problems that users are facing:

  • Complicated setup discourages new users from completing the process.
  • Users find it difficult to locate essential features like dashboards.
